Think of it this way: Your nervous system is the electrical wiring. Your mineral and nutrient intake is the building materials. When the wiring is fried and the foundation is weak, nothing works. Sound therapy tunes the wiring. Plants and minerals rebuild the house from the inside.

Crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, vibroacoustic frequencies — these aren't new-age. They're physics. Specific frequencies create coherence in your nervous system. Your body remembers how to regulate itself. The sound just reminds it.
