Curious about what to expect during a small group sound bath? Here’s an example of this immersive and transformative nervous system rehab sound bath. (Sessions may vary)
🌈 Step 1: Stretch and Prepare. The session begins with a few minutes of gentle stretching, allowing your body to release any tension and prepare for the sound bath experience.
🌟 Step 2: Lay Down and Relax. Next, you’ll lay down on a comfortable mat, finding the perfect position to fully immerse yourself in the healing sounds to come.
🧘♀️ Step 3: Guided Meditation with Handmade Drums and Flutes. The practitioner will lead you through a calming guided meditation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of handmade drums and flutes, gently easing you into a relaxed state.
🌧️ Step 4: Individual Seed Chime Energy Clearing. The practitioner will visit each participant with a special seed chime, using its gentle vibrations to help loosen and release any stuck energy.
💎 Step 5: Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowl Symphony. Experience a 20-minute symphony of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, made with 99% clear quartz crystal infused with gold, iron, and platinum. These beautiful sounds will wash over you, providing deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.
🎵 Step 6: Personalized Tibetan Bowl and Crystal Pyramid Experience. The practitioner will then move around the room, placing a Tibetan bowl on a hand stick over each participant, followed by a crystal pyramid. These instruments will create unique, healing vibrations that resonate with your individual energy.
🌞 Step 7: Guided Reintegration. Finally, the session concludes with a guided reintegration, helping you gently transition back to your daily life, carrying the benefits of the sound bath experience with you.
