🌈 Step 1: Arrive, Stretch, and Settle In
We begin with a few minutes of gentle stretching to help release tension, ground the body, and prepare for the experience ahead.
🌟 Step 2: Get Comfortable and Relax
You’ll then lie down on a comfortable mat, finding a position that allows you to fully relax and receive the sounds.

The session begins with a calming guided meditation, supported by the grounding pulse of the bass drum to help ease you into a deeply relaxed state.
