Sound / Vibroacoustic Therapy

Lie down and let
the frequencies
do their work.

Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound vibrations delivered through a specialized sound table so you can feel the music and frequencies through your body — not just hear them.

Sessions may also include BioMat heat, tuning forks, guided rest, and nervous system-focused soundscapes to support deep relaxation, grounding, and somatic release.

My approach is shaped by 186 hours of sound therapy training, Reiki, herbalism, performance, and a lifelong relationship with music and recording culture.

Currently booking in Los Angeles.

At first glance,
it may look like
a massage table.

Underneath, transducers send low-frequency sound vibrations through the table and into the body. On top, a far infrared BioMat adds warmth and support. The result is a deeply immersive sound-and-body experience designed to help the nervous system unwind.

You stay clothed. You lie down. You breathe. The sound does the heavy lifting.

I grew up around sound as both art and architecture. My father, Roger Nichols, was an 8-time Grammy-winning recording engineer whose work helped shape some of the most detailed recordings in popular music. My mother is a singer-songwriter. My sister is an executive producer for NASA+. In my family, sound was never just background.

It carried story, memory, emotion, precision, and transmission.

Vibroacoustic therapy brings that understanding into the body. It is not just listening. It is receiving.

Five steps
into stillness.

01
Arrival + Intention
We begin with a brief intake so you can share what you’re moving through — stress, grief, fatigue, tension, transition, or simply the need to reset.
02
Get Comfortable
You’ll lie on the vibroacoustic table with the BioMat. The sound vibrations move through the table while you listen to a complementary track or frequency-based soundscape.
03
Deep Rest
As the session begins, your body receives low-frequency vibration, warmth, and sound. This can feel grounding, calming, heavy, floaty, emotional, or deeply peaceful.
04
Optional Tuning Fork Work
Depending on the session, tuning forks may be used on or near specific points of the body to support relaxation, energetic balance, and release.
05
Reintegration
The session ends slowly so your body has time to return. You’ll have a few minutes to rest, reflect, drink water, and come back into the room.
