Everything is Energy

Cimcie Nichols, BA International Relations

Certified in Sound Therapy, Reiki and Herbailism. Humanist and Modern Alchemist with decades of life experience working towards another establishment degree to put some letters after my name.

Meet me, Cimcie Nichols, a certified practitioner in Sound Therapy, Reiki, and Herbalism. I’m here to guide people on a transformative journey towards holistic well-being. With over two decades of personal sobriety and a deep understanding of life’s ups and downs, I can offer a unique perspective on navigating challenges without relying on drugs or alcohol and leaning into nutrition, stress management, heart health, and the vital role of the nervous system in overall wellness. Drawing from extensive experience in sales and marketing for wellness brands, I provide guidance to discover the profound benefits of sound, plant medicine, and transformative therapies, so you can unlock your body’s innate healing potential.

I know first-hand that sound matters. My dad, an 8-time Grammy award-winning sound engineer, instilled in me an appreciation for the power of sound from a young age. When grief and heartbreak hit hard, sound therapy became my lifesaver, and it’s uncanny how it connected with my dad’s life’s work.

Raised by a goddess of a mother who encouraged me to embrace nature, I’ve learned the importance of nurturing our minds, bodies, and souls with both sound and the earth’s natural gifts.

Being sober for 21 years, I’ve always been on the lookout for ways to handle life’s ups and downs without drugs or alcohol. I once used plants to escape life, but now I’m leaning into them to experience life fully. My passion for health and wellness truly ignited when my dad battled pancreatic cancer, and my search led me to the amazing world of vibrational medicine, plant medicine, and nutrition–After all, everything is energy, and we make a choice every time we put something in our mouths.

I hold a BA in International Relations from USC with a concentration in Asia, a 186-hour certified sound therapist degree with a special interest in vibrational medicine, certified herbal training through the Herbal Academy, and Reiki 1 and 2 certification through Golden Light Academy. I took the last few years to really hone in on certifications and am currently working towards adding more credentials to my name.

With a background of 15 years in sales and marketing for vitamin and wellness brands, I’ve decided to pivot and share the transformative modalities that saved me during the past three years – a pandemic, divorce, and heartache. I wholeheartedly believe that nutrition, stress management, heart health, and our nervous system are crucial to our overall wellbeing. These are some of the modalities I found to not succumb to the grief abyss.

And recovering from a traumatic event doesn’t have to be all love and light. I’ve found solace in goth clubs, dancing the pain away, and cathartically scream-singing to “angry” music. When my dad passed away in 2011, I joined Zombie Joe’s, a horror theatre troupe in North Hollywood, where I expressed my pain through gory, macabre, and wild performances. It felt so good!

It’s all about finding balance, learning how to go with the flow (easier said than done), and unlocking our body’s incredible healing potential. So, let’s embark on this journey together, resonating with the sounds, plant medicine, and therapies that can truly make a difference. Let’s get high of our own supply! Here’s to healing and finding the root cause, one vibration at a time!
