In between creating projects with her loved ones and friends, Cimcie has worked in the Health and Wellness Industry for 15 years. In 2007 it started off as a flexible job while she put herself through USC, it became a passion after her Dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in 2010. She used to joke that she needed all these vitamins just to keep her going in Hollywood, and that was true. As an actress and producer, it was easy to find work in events, marketing, account management, and sales – showing up to the job with realness, passion and enthusiasm has kept her busy.

2020 created a pause – she finished her memoir and completed courses at The Herbal Academy furthering her knowledge in a world she has worked in for so long. Being sober for 20 years, she is approaching plants again as helpers instead of escapists. A kingdom she used to escape reality she is approaching again to ask for help to find and exist in homeostasis. She was in China when she got the news her dad was diagnosed with a death sentence – she went on a quest to find what remedies they used to help treat cancer, she was sent home with mushrooms (reishi) and a mission to save her dad. She came home and was militant, and while she did not save her dad, she realized how critical it was to maintain our meat suit to be able to squeeze every ounce out of life. As someone, who without radical intervention by her family, could and almost did die in her Teens, she believes with fervent passion that time and life is our most precious commodity. And how we feel during that time matters.
